Richard's response was fast, reassuring and effective. Richard took control of our unfortunate situation and did everything in his power to help us. He was sympathetic to our concerns with a young family and went out of his way to help us. I would not hesitate to use Richard's services again. Very fast, efficient and friendly service. Richard came within hours of me calling for help to remove a wasp nest on my property. He was very good and promised to come back free of charge was I not happy the wasp nest was all gone after three days. I would very much recommend their services and will use them again I the future if needed. Richard got rid of our wasp nest quickly and efficiently. He was helpful on the phone, flexible about when he could visit, friendly when he got here, and good value. He offered to come back for free if the wasps didn't all disappear, but this wasn't necessary.
