About the Business
Operations director Will Mears has served within the company for almost fifteen years. He grew up on a small holding in rural Herefordshire with strong links to agriculture. After a college diversification he initially trained as a service technician under a well known pest control mentor and under took formal qualifications through the British Pest Control Association. The business has grown securely year on year enabling comprehensive career development.
Will is extremely dedicated to the pest control industry, although enjoys spending recreational time with a young family.
